Garlic sour cream dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • some chives
  • some parsley
  • 1 dashes lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the chives and parsley. Combine the sour cream, yogurt, mustard, honey, lemon, and olive oil in a bowl and mix. Press in the garlic. Add the chives and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then refrigerate the dressing for half an hour to allow it to infuse.
