Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 140 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 can peach(s)
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 90 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fruit cake – peach
Mix the first 6 ingredients into a batter. Arrange the peaches on top. Make a custard from the canned juice and pour it over the top. Bake for 35 minutes. For the topping: Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix 90g sugar, 4 egg yolks, and 1 cup sour cream. Fold the egg whites into the batter. Pour onto the pre-baked cake and bake for another 15 minutes.
