Garlic – Tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 50 g butter (garlic butter)
  • e.g. oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grilled side dish

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Place each half individually on a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Top with garlic butter. Seal the aluminum foil tightly. Place on the edge of a hot grill and grill for about 7 minutes. Serve hot.
