Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 200 g yogurt, whole milk
- 2 cloves garlic, up to 6 cloves to taste
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
delicious with fondue, with sheep’s cheese
Puree feta cheese with yogurt. Stir in crushed garlic and chives, and season with salt and pepper.
