Garlic yogurt dip

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 200 g yogurt, whole milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, up to 6 cloves to taste
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious with fondue, with sheep’s cheese

Puree feta cheese with yogurt. Stir in crushed garlic and chives, and season with salt and pepper.
