Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 class jar of mayonnaise, (80% fat)
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot, maybe a little more
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar, or 2 tsp to taste
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into fine rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
delicious with fondue
Mix everything together, season to taste and enjoy with the fondue.
