Garlic yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 500 ml
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Whisk the yogurt with the oil and cream until smooth. Crush the garlic and stir it into the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let the garlic and yogurt sit for at least 1 hour.
