Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can pineapple, pieces
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 ½ liters of ginger ale
  • 1 liter pineapple juice or multi-fruit juice
  • ¾ liter of carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Place the pineapple and tangerines, including their juice, into a punch bowl. Top with ginger ale and pineapple juice. Chill for 1 day. Top with sparkling water at the end. Mix everything well again.
