Ginger Chicken
The perfect ginger chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
marinade
- 100 ml Soy sauce light
- 4 cm Ginger
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Water
- Black pepper from the mill
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,5 bunch Leaf parsley, finely chopped
Otherwise
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 small Zucchini, cut into half slices
- 3 Red Paprika, pitted, peeled and cut into large pieces
- 2 Tomatoes, de-stemmed and cut into large pieces
- Oil
marinade
- Mix the soy sauce in a bowl with the water. Rub in the ginger and garlic cloves. Freshly grind the pepper in and then whisk in the olive oil.
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini, bell peppers and tomatoes for about 5 minutes, then put all the vegetables in a baking dish, pour half of the marinade over it and stir.
- Now fry the chicken breasts on both sides in a little oil, then put some of the remaining marinade on top of the vegetables and then put them on the middle rack in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.,
- Fold the finely chopped parsley into the rest of the marinade. Arrange the chicken breasts on the vegetables on a plate and coat thickly with the marinade. A baguette tastes good with it.
