  • 2 ½ cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 steak(s), any

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

Here’s a very simple recipe: Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl, add the steaks, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
