Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g fresh ginger
  • 2 limes
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 50 g brown sugar

Peel and slice the ginger. Halve and squeeze the limes. Place the ginger, lime juice, sugar, and mint in a carafe and fill with one liter of mineral water. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
