Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g fresh ginger
- 8 sage leaves
- 100 g honey
- 300 g rock sugar, white
- 2 liters of vodka

with sage
Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Pour into well-cleaned bottles. Pour over the rock candy and honey, then top up with vodka. The sage can be added whole leaves. This infusion should stand for at least 6 to 8 weeks. After this time, it is filtered and transferred to other bottles. Then let stand for at least another 2 months. The “ginger residue” can be used to make ginger jam.
