Ginger shot with blood orange

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 m.-large blood orange(s)
  • 50 g ginger root
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 1 dashes linseed oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut blossom sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Immune booster during cold season

Juice the blood oranges, ginger root, and turmeric in a juicer. I run the pulp through the juicer again to extract even the smallest bit of turmeric! Stir in the linseed oil, pepper, and coconut blossom sugar and pour into a bottle. Makes about 300 ml. It will keep for a few days in the refrigerator. The more ginger there is, the spicier it becomes! Therefore, a shot glass of the ginger shot should be drunk slowly in small sips! If you prefer it milder, you can dilute a shot glass of the ginger shot with water, tea, or juice. Tip: there are no limits to your imagination; just experiment! For example, with apple-ginger-lemon, mandarin-ginger-turmeric, frozen strawberries-lemon-ginger—everything to taste. Sweeten if desired.
