Ginger tea with blossom honey

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g ginger root
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or lemon concentrate
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey, e.g. blossom honey
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

healthy and delicious

Peel the fresh ginger and chop it into small pieces. Then pour boiling water over it. Mix everything with lemon and honey, adjusting as desired. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes. The ginger pieces will settle to the bottom of the cup, so straining isn’t necessary. The longer you steep the tea, the hotter it becomes. It’s said to be good for fat burning.
