Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey, liquid
- 4 eggs
- 200 g dark chocolate coating
- n. B. Sprinkles, colorful
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
perfect for the Christmas season
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Stir the wet ingredients thoroughly and gradually add the dry ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly and pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes and let cool. Melt the dark chocolate coating and pour it over the finished cake. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles, if desired.
