Gingerbread Easy Way
The perfect gingerbread easy way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Flour
- 300 g Sugar
- 100 g Ground hazelnuts
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 tsp Ginger bread spice
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 150 g Ground almonds
- 1 tsp Ground carnations
- 150 g Butter
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 250 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- Mix the flour, sugar, hazelnuts, baking powder, vanilla sugar, gingerbread spice, cocoa, almonds and cloves in a bowl with a spoon. Liquefy the butter with the honey in a small saucepan and add to the mixture. Whisk the milk with the eggs and add them as well. Mix everything together with a spoon and then spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees (convection, preheated) for 15 minutes.
