Gingerbread Easy Way

The perfect gingerbread easy way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Flour
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 100 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 tsp Ginger bread spice
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 150 g Ground almonds
  • 1 tsp Ground carnations
  • 150 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  1. Mix the flour, sugar, hazelnuts, baking powder, vanilla sugar, gingerbread spice, cocoa, almonds and cloves in a bowl with a spoon. Liquefy the butter with the honey in a small saucepan and add to the mixture. Whisk the milk with the eggs and add them as well. Mix everything together with a spoon and then spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees (convection, preheated) for 15 minutes.
