Gingerbread ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml natural yogurt
  • 200 g applesauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 tbsp gingerbread spice
  • 4 small gingerbread cookies
  • ½ pack of ready-made ice cream mix

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

with applesauce – super quick and easy

Combine the yogurt and applesauce with the sugar in a measuring jug and fill with milk up to the 300 ml mark. Add the ready-made ice cream powder (to prevent lumps in the mixture) and gingerbread spice and stir vigorously. Finally, finely crumble the gingerbread and add it. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker and freeze for 50 minutes, or simply place it in the freezer! Pour into glasses to serve.
