Gingerbread – Ice Cream – Dessert

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 400 ml ice cream, vanilla
  • 75 g gingerbread
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • some chocolate (bark chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Let the vanilla ice cream thaw for 10 minutes. In the meantime, finely crumble the gingerbread and whip the cream until stiff. When the ice cream is no longer so firm, combine it with the gingerbread and 200g of the whipped cream. Divide the sour cherries and a little juice among glasses, spread the cream on top, and decorate with the remaining cream and chocolate chips.
