Gingerbread overnight oats

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp beet syrup
  • ½ tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp nuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp raisins, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Oat flakes with gingerbread spice

Mix all ingredients together and let sit in a sealed jar in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next morning. Top with whole nuts, fresh fruit, or apple pieces stewed in honey.
