Gingerbread
The perfect gingerbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Flour
- 250 g Sugar
- 200 g Ground hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon Clove powder
- 3 teaspoon Ginger bread spice
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 150 g Liquid butter
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pack Chocolate cake icing
- Colorful sprinkles
- Mix flour – sugar – nuts – clove powder – gingerbread spice – vanilla sugar and baking powder well in a bowl
- Add milk – liquid butter – honey and eggs and mix into a batter. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
- After the cake has cooled down, coat the cake with icing. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles.
