Glass noodles with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 bunch of soup greens (e.g. parsley, leek, celery), finely chopped
  • 10 g Mu-Err mushrooms
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 8 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 250 g glass noodles

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the oil in a soup pot. Add the diced onion and crushed garlic and sauté. Add the finely chopped vegetables and ground beef and sauté for another 10 minutes. Soak the mushrooms and add them. Season well as desired and cook for another 10 minutes. Pour in the water. Add the glass noodles and simmer for about 3 minutes. Cut through the glass noodles several times with scissors. Arrange and serve immediately.
