Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 100 g nuts, ground
- 1 pack of gingerbread spice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder (cream of tartar)
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g butter, liquid
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
from the sheet metal
First, mix all the dry ingredients together. Then, mix all the liquid ingredients together. Finally, combine the two components and stir to form a smooth batter. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Tip: Brush the cooled gingerbread with lemon glaze.
