Gluten-free Christmas Cookies for Children

The perfect gluten-free christmas cookies for children recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Nuts
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 25 g Desiccated coconut
  • 50 g Buckwheat
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed oil
  • 4 Bananas
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coconut blossom syrup
  • 200 g Amaranth
  1. Soak the chia seeds or flea seeds with 6 tablespoons of warm water in a cup and let them soak for about 10 minutes. Roughly chop the nuts and / or almonds and place in a large bowl with all other dry ingredients. Puree the bananas, oil, vanilla sugar with syrup and chia seeds (flea seeds) in a blender and add cinnamon or aniseed to taste. Mix the banana puree with the dry ingredients well and put everything in a baking dish lined with baking paper and spread well. Bake at approx. 175 degrees for 20 minutes and leave to rest in the oven. Take the baking dish out of the oven and let it cool down. Before the base is completely cold, cut into strips or pieces and let cool down completely.
