Gluten-free Christmas Cookies

For decoration
- 70 g Stevia
- 100 g Butter
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 20 g Marzipan
- Chocolateglaze
- Finely grind the gluten-free oat flakes in a blender and place in a bowl. Simply add all the other ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. The gluten-free oatmeal does not cause any problems at all and the result is really a sensible, smooth dough. You may have to experiment with gluten-free dough and possibly add a little more flour or a little more butter. But that was unnecessary with this flour and the smooth dough was ready super quickly.
- Now simply put balls or other shapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for 10-15 minutes and decorate as desired. The oat cookies also taste good without decoration and are also suitable for diabetics and a delicious one for children.
