Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g Flour, gluten-free (Schär Flour Bread Mix B)
- 250 g flour, gluten-free (Schär Flour Bread Mix Dark)
- 600 ml water
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp bread spice mix, more if needed
- 2 tsp salt
- coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Olive oil for brushing
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Make a yeast dough from all ingredients. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan or a small Tupperware Ultra pot and smooth it down. Brush with olive oil or just water. For the loaf pan: Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 60 minutes. Also, place an ovenproof bowl filled with water on the floor of the oven. For the Tupperware Ultra pot: Put the lid on and bake immediately in an unheated oven at 220 degrees for 50 minutes with the lid on, and then for about another 10 minutes uncovered at 200 degrees. After baking, tap the bottom of the bread; if it sounds hollow, the bread is done. Remove the finished bread from the oven, turn it out of the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
