Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g Flour, gluten-free (Schär Mix C)
- 2 tsp baking powder, gluten-free
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar, real
- 2 eggs
- 250 g butter, ice-cold
- 2 vanilla pods
- Chocolate for decoration

Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and cold butter, then scrape out the vanilla pods and add the seeds (if I don’t have any, I use Dr. Vanilla Flavoring). Quickly knead everything with a mixer until you have a shortcrust pastry. You can use the dough straight away. Roll out and cut out cookies as desired, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (fan oven) for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack, then decorate with chocolate, if desired.
