Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ m.-sized onion(s), red
  • 2 cm garlic paste, alternatively one garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 200 g gnocchi
  • 2 small Bockwurst
  • 1 piece(s) Gouda, young, approx. 50 g
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. parsley

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion with the garlic paste until translucent. Then deglaze with a splash of white wine. Allow the wine to evaporate slightly. Then add the gnocchi and sliced ​​frankfurters and fry thoroughly. Season with pepper, salt, and parsley to taste. Cut a piece of Gouda cheese (approx. 50-80 g) from the block and grate it coarsely. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the gnocchi in the pan and let it melt. Serve the dish on a deep plate.
