Gnocchi with grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g gnocchi
  • 30 g shallot(s)
  • 20 g butter
  • 500 g grapes, green, seedless
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated, zest
  • 150 ml grape juice, light
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • n. B. Lemon balm leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegetarian with a difference

Peel and finely dice the shallots. Melt the butter in a pan, add the shallots, and sauté. Wash the grapes and halve them if desired. Add them to the shallots along with the zest and sauté briefly. Add the grape juice and white wine and bring to a boil. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper and thicken with cornstarch. Add the gnocchi and heat through. Garnish with lemon balm to serve.
