Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 450 g creamed spinach
  • 300 g buttered vegetables
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 200 g herb cheese spread
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some Gouda, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth
  • possibly sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions and then place them in a casserole dish. Defrost the spinach and buttered vegetables in a saucepan over low heat. Then add the cream, herb cheese, and crème fraîche to the pan. Heat everything once, stirring constantly, and then add to the gnocchi in the casserole dish. Brown the minced meat thoroughly, finely dice the onion, and add it to the pan. Once the onion is sautéed, crumble the feta cheese into the pan and heat once, stirring constantly. Then add everything to the gnocchi in the casserole dish. Add salt, pepper, and vegetable stock, and mix everything well. Since the casserole is a bit runny, you can add a little sauce thickener. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese and place in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
