Gnocchi and vegetable pan in tomato sauce

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 cans of tomatoes, chopped
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1,000 g gnocchi
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • e.g. oregano
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Simple, delicious, vegetarian

Vegetarian Chop the onion. Peel and quarter the zucchini to create thin slices. Deseed and chop the two bell peppers, preferably one red and one yellow. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Add the oil to the pan and sauté the onion, add the zucchini and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Then add the bell peppers and chopped tomatoes. Bring to a boil briefly. Add the cream cheese and cook until melted. Season to taste, adding herbs and season to taste. Simmer until the bell peppers are soft. Finally, add the gnocchi.
