Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 75 g Parmesan
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 400 g gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
- 200 g cream
- 2 egg yolks
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and finely chop the parsley, finely grate the Parmesan cheese, cut the bacon into strips, and finely chop the garlic. Briefly fry the bacon and garlic in a pan with oil, then remove and set aside. Fry the gnocchi in a little oil for about 4 minutes. Whisk together the cream, egg yolk, parsley, rendered bacon, and Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add the bacon sauce to the gnocchi, mix everything together, and immediately remove from the heat. Tastes delicious with a fresh green salad.
