Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries, cleaned
- 500 g yogurt (strawberry) or vanilla
- gelatin
- 200 ml whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings, whole milk

Chop the strawberries in a food processor on a moderate speed. Stir in the yogurt and whipped cream. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions and stir it into the yogurt and strawberry mixture. Pour into glasses or a large glass bowl and refrigerate until the cream sets. Decorate the dessert with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and chocolate shavings. If you want to turn the dessert out, rinse the glasses or glass bowl with cold water (do not dry them) before pouring in the cream and let the dessert cool thoroughly. Then turn it out onto large plates and decorate. Tip: I always make a large batch of the cream and, together with sponge cake, make a quick yogurt and cream cake.
