Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of gnocchi
- salt water
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- some cheese (Gouda or Emmental), grated
- 1 large onion(s)
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Place the gnocchi in an ovenproof dish, then scatter the sliced onion and mozzarella over the top. Mix the passata and cream well in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi and then sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake the whole thing at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
