Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • salt water
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • some cheese (Gouda or Emmental), grated
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Place the gnocchi in an ovenproof dish, then scatter the sliced ​​onion and mozzarella over the top. Mix the passata and cream well in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi and then sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake the whole thing at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
