Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bowl of strawberries
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 140 g sugar
- some orange juice
- 10 ladyfingers
- n. B. Chocolate shavings for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes
Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Place them in a bowl. Add the sugar and crème fraîche. Mix everything well so the strawberries impart their flavor to the mixture. Briefly soak the sponge cakes in orange juice and place them in 4 large glasses. Layer the cream on top, repeating this process about twice in each glass. Decorate with chocolate shavings. Then refrigerate the glasses for about 4 hours.
