Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions and skim off the excess water after they have risen to the surface. Meanwhile, finely chop the onions, cooked ham, and bacon. Sauté the onions until translucent. Then briefly fry the cooked ham and bacon. Add the chopped tomatoes and cream cheese and bring to a boil. If the sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Season to taste. Combine the gnocchi and sauce in a baking dish and sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese. Place the casserole in the preheated oven. It’s ready when the cheese has melted and browned.
