Gnocchi in cream and mustard sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g gnocchi
  • some salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 75 g mustard, grainy
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse, and let drain. Dice the onion. Fry the bacon in a pan, then remove from the pan. Sauté the onions in oil until translucent. Add the cream and stir in the mustard. Bring to a boil for 4-5 minutes. Wash the chives and finely slice them. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in the gnocchi and chives and heat briefly again. Serve the gnocchi with the bacon on a plate. 760 kcal per serving.
