Gnocchi in Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • 400 ml cream
  • 125g Gorgonzola
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the Gorgonzola cheese in the butter in a saucepan. Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions and serve immediately with the sauce.
