Gnocchi in ham, spinach and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
  • some butter
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

super quick to make and tastes good

Cut the ham into small cubes. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes, wash the spinach leaves, and trim the stems. Then fry the gnocchi in butter in a large pan. After about 3 minutes, they should have taken on some color, and you can add the ham. Continue frying until the ham also takes on some color. Then add the tomatoes. Press in the garlic, if desired. When the tomatoes are soft, add the cream. Simmer gently. After a short time, stir in the spinach leaves and let them wilt. Continue simmering until the sauce becomes creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and chili.
