Gnocchi pan with ham and egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g gnocchi, bought or homemade
  • 100 g cooked ham, cut into cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • some milk or cream
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. onion powder
  • n. B. Maggi
  • Parsley
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the gnocchi until nicely browned. Add the onions and fry. Whisk the eggs with a splash of milk or cream and fold in the ham. Now add the ham and egg mixture to the gnocchi. Let the mixture set in the pan, stirring occasionally. Season the gnocchi to taste. I use salt and pepper, onion powder, and a few dashes of Maggi. Stir in the parsley and chives and serve. Tip: You can also replace the gnocchi with leftover sliced ​​potato dumplings.
