Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg green beans
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 200 g Cabanossi
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Prepared with broad beans

Cook the broad beans in salted water until tender. Slice the spring onions. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Slice the Cabanossi as well. Slice the onions and fry them in oil with the Cabanossi. Add the beans, mushrooms, spring onions, and potato dumplings and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
