Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 m.-sized potatoes
- 8 slices of cheese (raclette cheese)
- 16 slice(s) bacon, thinly sliced

Wash the potatoes and cook them with their skins on until tender. Preheat oven to 180°C. Halve the potatoes lengthwise, place the cheese on 8 halves, and fold the potatoes back together. Wrap each one tightly with two slices of bacon. Brown in the oven for about 10 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad and/or grilled meat. You can also brown them on the grill, but the potatoes must be wrapped tightly to prevent the cheese from running out.
