Goat cheese – ham – crostini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g smoked ham (e.g. Black Forest)
  • 1 pack of goat’s cheese
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tbsp orange peel, untreated (zest)
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious party snack

Cut the baguette into 1.5 cm thick slices. Spread the ham out, top each slice with 1 heaped teaspoon of goat cheese, a little honey, an orange zest, and some rosemary. Roll the ham up like a roulade, ensuring nothing spills out the sides. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and top each with a ham parcel. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes and enjoy while still warm.
