Goat cheese with honey and thyme

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g goat cheese, as a roll
  • 1 handful of thyme, fresh, alternatively dried or herbs de Provence
  • 12 tsp liquid honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Memory of Fécamp

Wash fresh thyme. Slice the goat cheese and arrange it on a baking sheet lined with paper. Add a teaspoon of honey to each slice. Sprinkle the herbs on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (425°F) for about 5 minutes, until the cheese melts slightly. Enjoy!
