Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 6 tbsp creamy goat cheese
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for gratinating schnitzel, fillet slices or vegetables

Beat the egg yolks. Stir in the goat’s cheese. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Place the fried schnitzel, fillet slices, or vegetables in a gratin dish. Spread the goat’s cheese mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 160°C (fan oven) until the mixture has risen and browned. This takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven.
