Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cloves
- 1 pinch of anise
- 1 small piece(s) of orange peel
- ¼ liter elderberry juice, preferably homemade
- 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Not just for colds…
Place the cloves, anise, and orange peel in a tea strainer, tea bag, or spice sachet, tie a tie, and heat in a saucepan with the elderberry juice and orange juice (do not boil). Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the spices. Drink the punch before going to bed.
