Hot chocolate

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g chocolate (block chocolate), milk or dark
  • ½ liter of milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cardamom

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Grate the chocolate and melt it in the hot milk. Add the cinnamon and cardamom and stir again. If you like, you can top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
