Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter of tea (red fruit tea)
  • 0.3 liters of juice (mandarin orange juice, orange juice also works)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Mulled wine spice, ready-made or e.g. fennel, anise, cardamom ….
  • Syrup (Grenadine), sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare the fruit tea as usual, but add all the spices and let it steep longer. Pour into a saucepan, add the tangerine juice, and heat briefly. Sweeten with grenadine.
