Gooseberry – Nectarine – Jam

The perfect gooseberry – nectarine – jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Gooseberries fresh
  • 6 Pc. Nectarines
  • 2 Pc. Kiwi
  • 1 fruit Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 1 Pc. Fleet Lotte
  1. Gooseberries fresh from my garden, washed, cleaned, halved.
  2. Remove the nectarines from the stone, cut into small pieces.
  3. Peel the kwi, add slices, sugar-coat everything + add lemon juice. Let it steep for 2-3 hours. Stir in between.
  4. Bring the fruit to the boil + let it simmer for a good 8 minutes, then turn Lotte through the liquor. Pour into the glass (large) while it is still hot. Turn upside down for 5 – 10 minutes.
