Nectarine and Orange Jam
The perfect nectarine and orange jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Nectarines
- 800 ml Fresh orange juice
- 2 P Gelfix 2: 1
- 800 g Sugar
- 100 ml White wine
- 2 Sachets Citric acid
- Wash the nectarines, dry them, cut them in half and remove the stones, cut them into small pieces, weigh 500 g, put them in a large saucepan and puree them.
- Squeeze the oranges so that 800 ml of juice are produced, pour into the saucepan with the nectarines.
- Mix the sugar, Gelfix and citric acid, add to the saucepan and stir in well.
- Bring everything to a boil over high heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Turn off the stove, remove the pot and stir in 100 ml of white wine.
- Pour hot into clean glasses, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
