Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Nectarines
  • 800 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 2 packet Gelfix 2: 1
  • 800 g Sugar
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 2 sachets Citric acid

Instructions
 

  • Wash the nectarines, dry them, cut them in half and remove the stones, cut them into small pieces, weigh 500 g, put them in a large saucepan and puree them.
  • Squeeze the oranges so that 800 ml of juice are produced, pour into the saucepan with the nectarines.
  • Mix the sugar, Gelfix and citric acid, add to the saucepan and stir in well.
  • Bring everything to a boil over high heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
  • Turn off the stove, remove the pot and stir in 100 ml of white wine.
  • Pour hot into clean glasses, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
