Nectarine and Orange Jam

The perfect nectarine and orange jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Nectarines
  • 800 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 2 P Gelfix 2: 1
  • 800 g Sugar
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 2 Sachets Citric acid
  1. Wash the nectarines, dry them, cut them in half and remove the stones, cut them into small pieces, weigh 500 g, put them in a large saucepan and puree them.
  2. Squeeze the oranges so that 800 ml of juice are produced, pour into the saucepan with the nectarines.
  3. Mix the sugar, Gelfix and citric acid, add to the saucepan and stir in well.
  4. Bring everything to a boil over high heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
  5. Turn off the stove, remove the pot and stir in 100 ml of white wine.
  6. Pour hot into clean glasses, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
