Gorgonzola cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ½ garlic
  • 200 g cream
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Goes very well with tagliatelle

Sauté the onion, garlic, and thyme in a little butter, then add the cream. Chop the Gorgonzola into small pieces and add it to the cream. Cook until the Gorgonzola has melted (stirring several times). Season with salt and pepper.
