Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, spirelli, or other
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 slice(s) meat – cheese, thick, cut into small cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil or margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Norbert alone at home

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Lightly fry meatloaf cubes in oil or margarine, then add peas (with a little pea water) and stir well. Simmer over low heat in a covered pot for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the peas have become “fried” (slightly creamy), pour over the drained pasta. Serve with a cold beer! (Note: My husband’s (named Norbert) favorite dish, which he always cooks when I’m not home.) Tastes better than it sounds!
